Women's Day

PA DE NJ Tristate Magalir, 5th Annual Women’s Day

Jaycy Naveen was invited as Chief Guest and Speaker at the Women’s Day celebration and recognized for her empowerment efforts for youth and women.

Excerpts from her speech: “As an entrepreneur, I recognize that it’s about believing in ourselves, nurturing our talents, and breaking free from self-imposed limitations.

Here’s what I’ve learned: Learning knows no bounds. Our next generation—bright, curious, and hungry for knowledge—holds the keys to our future and we, the seasoned ones, have wisdom to share and be their guiding light. It is a joint effort.

Recently, I became the State Chair for IT Services and Innovation in the G100 club, a noble endeavor championing gender equality. It is about cultivating a sisterhood that uplifts, celebrates, and stands together. When one woman rises, she paves the path for countless others.

Mentor a young girl, encourage a struggling friend, celebrate small successes, take every challenge in your stride, be kind and keep marching ahead. Together, we are ambassadors of empowerment—for ourselves, our daughters, our sons, and generations yet to come.”
